"After seeing a Dulux colour consultant I spoke with Karl at Osborne park who was really helpful, he sorted a quote and I went ahead, there was a few days wait for one of the colors but he ordered it in from another store so I could get my complete order in one visit within a day or two. Id be very happy to use them again"
"I have never experienced this level of poor service before. I felt like everything I said or asked for was wrong. I specifically went to this store rather than the main hardware store thinking it was the best place considering I need to buy a lot of paint! Wow was I wrong. I ended up walking out mid conversation and quite rattled by the extremely poor level of service. So I resumed back to the “Mother ship” hardware store and walked away feeling much happier! Clearly the small fry doesn’t cut it for Dulux Trade Centre! Also spoke to another person that day and they had had the exact same experience!!"
