"As the name says, one can just walk in for a haircut. However, the barber needs to listen to his clients especially when told they are pensioners. The price was ok but he then added $2 for me paying with my credit card. This worked out at over 5%. That is very high. It is refuculous. I know it's only $2, but on top of $35 it starts to make the cut rather expensive. And I am sure that his bank does not charge him that amount each time a customer uses their card.
