"Please consider never using for deceased estate matters. ORB Lawyers took over my father's will from a retiring lawyer. He took 8 months to submit an estate with multiple emails requesting updates from the accountant and family due to very very poor progress. Then billed us for replies to the emails and phone calls asking why every step took 6 weeks or more to progress. I have considered lodging a formal complaint to the Legal Profession Conduct Commissioner but do not want to spend any more time or effort on this unprofessional outfit. New lawyer had completed more complex submission in 6 weeks and despite being more complex, billed us only $1700 instead of the $2200 fee charged by ORB!"
