"I went in there the other day with my grandson. We were celebrating his birthday, and I thought I’d treat him to some of the designer clothes and what not. I found this really nice navy blue polo shirt in the clearance rack (such good bargains). It was a size small, but unfortunately it was too big. But my grandson really wanted it, and so I asked the staff if they had a size smaller, and one of the lovely girls checked the back and returned with an extra small. It fit him perfectly and we were both so happy with their help and kindness"
