If you have tested positive for COVID-19 and are seeking medical advice, we recommend booking a telehealth appointment. To ensure your safety, please do not attend the medical centre if you have tested positive. Instead, our healthcare professionals will reach out to you via a private number for your telehealth appointment.
For those needing to report a positive Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) result, we recommend completing the Positive Result Registration form available on the Queensland Government website: www.qld.gov.au/rat-positive. Please note that our medical centre does not provide COVID-19 testing or Medical Clearance Certificates. For information on self-isolation rules, de-isolation, public health orders, or testing, please visit www.covid19.qld.gov.au.
In compliance with government regulations, it is mandatory to wear a mask while attending our centre. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our patients and staff, and wearing masks helps us create a secure environment for everyone.
Please note that all patients who are not bulk-billed are required to pay the full fee upfront. However, the Medicare rebate can be claimed at the time of payment, ensuring that you receive the appropriate financial support.
Our operating hours are as follows: Monday from 8am to 5pm, Tuesday and Thursday from 8am to 5.30pm, Wednesday and Friday from 8am to 6pm, and Saturday from 8am to 1pm. We strive to accommodate your schedule and provide you with accessible healthcare at your convenience.

"I have been going to this medical centre since my Doctor moved there many years ago. I love the fact there are so many different services available in the same place without having to go to numerous places for XRays, blood tests, cancer checks etc, the list goes on. Although it is a very busy centre all the staff are lovely, professional, helpful & pleasant, sometimes parking can be difficult but the turn around is pretty fast & across the road is a pay carpark, so it's never really an issue."
