"I have to answer the lies that the owner has posted in response to my review. I have got every text that was sent or received by myself. At no point did I threaten him, which is a downright lie. I did say to him when he was being very unhelpful and awkward, that I intended to go to fair trading, and post a review online telling everyone of my experience. His reply was that I had every right to do that. I then told him that I would come to his factory on the Friday, to talk to him directly. His response to that was "no problem". Early the next day I sent the other pic that he had requested, as it was late the night before, dark, and the rabbits had been put away for the night (which I told him). He ignored the second pic, and my subsequent texts. The fact that a lady witnessed my conversation with him on the Friday, and then left, stating that she wouldn't buy anything from him, tells me who was in the wrong. Please do yourself a favour, and buy elsewhere."
