"Delivery drivers don't leave cards to say they have been and their parcel tracking system still says out for delivery. I ended up using the lost pacel contact and i got i call back for them to find my parcel. Still took a week longer than it should to get it. Don't use Toll. Every time i do their is a issue!"

"I tried to have one parcel from jb hifi delivered through this company. They refuse to deliver it. Every day there is a different excuse. Forgot to put it on the truck. The next day the package was too big. None of the departments can communicate with each other. Each communication goes through a computer system and so each interaction has a waiting period of 24 hours. The absolute worst service of any business. Avoid at all costs. This is a delivery company incapable of delivering things."

"Courier failed to call on arrival as instructed. No card was left to advise me he had called. 8 days later I receive message advising item in transit. 2 days later I receive message item to be delivered today. No delivery! Call center in Philippines advise item in warehouse since attempted delivery 10 days ago. Not once was I advised item awaiting collection PLUS two false messages telling me its coming!!! Hopeless"

"After making multiple requests to find out what is happening with the other part of the package that wasn't delievered. The package is at the Gold Coast depot. Customer service has sent them 4 requests to the depot and have never gotten back. It's now been almost 2 months. I will be asking our suppliers to never use toll again. This was for a business and cost us money by not having the products available, not to mention the cost for the package that we will never get back!"

"I made a booking today at 8.00 am for a pick up. Home all day no courier. Called to see where they were at 5.30 pm. Only to be told that driver advised them I did not have a label. Driver did not come to my property so this is a down right lie. BOOKING now happening Monday that is if the driver gets out of his van and presses my intercom. Would not recommend. That said the booking staff were good"
