I was met with kindness, authenticity and honesty from the gentleman at the counter. Pigeonhole didn’t refund me… “against store policy”. I felt welcomed and heard at UB - they are about community and I appreciate their service. I bought the perfect flask. If you want service? Go to Urban Depot."

"Walked around but were never acknowledged as the staff were too busy chatting to each other, we then waited at the cash desk to buy a good $80 worth of bits for ten minutes but were just ignored because, again, chatting to each other was more important. We left and they didn't even notice or say goodbye because, yet again, they were too busy chatting.. How easy it would be to steal from this place........."

"If you're looking for a gift, the back of Urban Depot is the place to go. Well curated bits and bobs for any discerning gift buyer, and while it's a small selection of food/drink, novelty, jewellery and accessories, it's generally a good one. It would almost garner the coveted five stars, if it weren't for the one girl who seems to be serving every time I go in. She clearly feels she's above serving someone in a shop and couldn't be more dismissive or rude. I thought maybe it was a one-off, but no. It's every single time."
