"Such lovely, professional staff all around. Visit was thorough and she was very kind and extremely knowlegable. I would highly recommend this place to everyone looking for kindness, good humour and professional service."
"The vet is located in a very convenient location. However, due to staffing issues, this branch was closed for a good period of time. When they re-opened we took our dog down for his vaccinations. Upon arrival, as our dog and another dog were excitedly interacting causing the noise to be pretty high, one of the staff had asked us to step back outside in the heat with our dog’s paws on the hot ground. I wasn’t impressed with this, however, at the same time, another staff (Dr. T) came out and told us to wait in the room to get started with our appointment. Didn’t catch the vet’s full name, but that was a greatly appreciated gesture for giving us a second option."
