"Initially I emailed to book an appointment. I filled out a questionnaire and after more than a week of no response I called the practice. I talked to someone who would then call me back, I’d wait a week or two, call them back myself and after a chat would usually be told I could expect some form of contact within 2-3 days. This trend continued for well over a month until I was made aware (after I called them) that the books were closed and to try somewhere else. I’m frustrated that I could’ve been on someone else’s wait list this entire time."
