"I have been going to these doctors for a couple years. I have had on two accessions recently a couple months ago the doctors came across blunt, rude and was not understanding towards me I was left in tears and the doctor didn't care. The second accasion I visited with my new son( his first appointment) The doctor actually didn't seem to care about my baby and the questions I asked he actually kept repeating and cutting me off as I was in the middle of the conversation and he turned me away and said that he won't do his needles and said come back in a couple of weeks. ! I actually had the worst experience on top of this he's on google he was researching my check up, when I asked a question as I booked two appointments in one. While leaving I politely said did you want the door open or closed he didnt listen. I will never come to this doctor again as I felt so upset during the appointment."
"Been going to this Medical Centre for the last 3 years, Dr. Okezie is an amazing GP, he's highly competent at his job and genuinely caring. Balga and the surrounding neighbourhoods are lucky to have this Doctor in this area. I am truly grateful to be his patient, he's inspired and motivated me to keep pursuing to be healthier every year. ...hey Doc, if you are reading this, big thank you."
"Lovely friendly staff at the desk and Dr Okezie is very punctual. I've never had to wait long to see the Dr. He is caring and thorough and listens to what you have to say. I am very happy with this medical centre."
"Dr Okezie is great! Had nothing but positive experience, although I needed form completed for pre employment medical and only diabetes stuff was sent through not everything requested, which has meant delay in starting work, but I have emailed and hopefully this will be rectified today with another day not working and being delayed through attending another appointment. I must say I love the upgrade of the surgery and the fact they now have blood taking facility as it makes life so much easier!"
"Receptionist is rude and doesn’t seem to know how to do her job at all. Was telling me I needed a specific form and when I asked for said form she had no idea what or where it was. I just wanted a copy of my own records and to have them sent to my new doctor! Given the role involves dealing with people who are usually stressed by having to deal with varying levels of medical episodes a little compassion and a helpful attitude would go a long way. Both traits she severely lacks."
