Purchased a few products now, one wasn’t working properly, Phillip did everything he could via email to try and figure out what was wrong. I then received a call from Sam who was great…figured out what the issue was and then organised a replacement to be sent out asap and also paying for the return post as well. Highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you again."

"Wonderful products and even better customer service. We have found the citronella collar has worked wonders for our pup when we thought we were at our wits end. Once he has it on he no longer barks, and also realises that it's time to settle down and helps him relax. We have noticed an improvement in his barking at people past our boundary even without the collar on. I had a small issue pop up, and contacted E Dog and Sam was fantastic and organised a replacement straight away. Cannot fault the product or the great service."
