"Upon entering hungry jacks I noticed that people that have to serve food they are busy taking to their friends over the counter. After 10 minutes I was finally approached and asked what I would like to order. I have ordered ultimate whopper large meal. Paid $19.10 for the whopper and I waited 20 minutes to be ready. The store was not that busy to take such a long time for my food to be prepared. I also notice upon opening the bag that nearly quarter of my chips are missing. I personally felt discriminated and disappointed . Maybe that happened because I have light skin."

"Consistently average. Icecream n shake machines regularly on the fritz (or so they say). Tonight they insisted I wait in the bays despite no one else being in drive through, then my drink was wrong so by the time the employee had poured the right one and walked back and fourth twice in the cold car park all my food was cold. The burger wasn't well wrapped either. The employee was very polite, it's just what they are being directed to do by management that doesn't make any sense"
