"A very disappointing franchisee. I think I gave them too many chances throughout the years and still no improvement. Make sure you check you order before you leave as there is a > 50% error rate, either short of something or wrong order. Today I only ordered 2x McSpicy meals, a happy meal with 2x coffee frappes. The crew gave me the frappes first and ask me to wait in the waiting bay for 15 mins under the sun for 2 burgers and a happy meal. Moreover the junior first delivers the burger without the happy meal, and asked me to wait further for it. To the management, McDonalds is about efficiency and giving out the right order, simple. Can you guys get it right?"
"The burgers were disgusting. The McFeast was cold and dried out, barely any ingredients, the added bacon (an additional $1.10) was small and inedible. I received only half of my drink - it was delivered without its lid - had clearly been dropped or had fallen over. The Crispy BBQ McOz was about a tenth of its expected size (seriously check out the pic of expectation v reality), it was missing half its ingredients and looked as though it had been dropped on the floor."
