"Very professional, very friendly staff and easy to organise repairs to my wife's car, regular updates as to the progress of repairs. Car ready for pickup early. Side was panelled and painted and best repair and paint match up I have ever seen. I would highly recommend Collision 1"
"Great service right from first contact with receptionist. Continually updated progress and was able to pick up a Budget hire car at the premises."
"So impressed with this company, from start to finish I could not fault them, they’re down to earth friendly, engaging workers, their communication and the work they carried out was top shelf. I highly recommend."
"A highly Professional Service friendly Staff and a great job done my car looks brand new ! I am very impressed I would recommend this company"
"Dropped of my new 12 month old 4wd to get the rear bumper repaired after it was hit in a shopping centre car park. The repairs where carried out on time and to a high standard but, and the but is huge. My wife picked the car up on Tuesday and was driving it around till Friday wich was the day I got let out of Hospital. On the Friday when home I noticed the CB aerial wich was mounted on the bonnet was missing. I thought instantly someone had stolen it. I opened the bonnet up and the CB Ariel had been unbolted and laid across the back of the motor. I checked my camera footage and this was like this when the wife picked the car up from the panel beater. I am yet to speak to them as they are now closed. This was a major near miss incident. The loose aerial in the engine bay could have caused major damage to the engine or car bonnet if it had made contact with the fan or other moving parts. It could have fallen to the road and done under body damage or interior damage as it ripped the CB cable out from the interior as it was still connected to the head unit. Not good enough and no need to touch something that didn't need touching. Now I have a scratched up $500 aerial. I Would not recommend them because what other things do they forget to do that you can't see."
