"Very busy but great service."
"I broke down on 13/6/23, RAC was not able to get me back on the road so i was towed to Malmek Automotives. Malmek Automotives listened to me(the customer) about my issues and were not afraid of asking questions to confirm the issue i was having, what was done to try and fix the issue. Within 1 day they had worked out the issue and lodged the required paperwork with the Warranty Company since the part that has failed is covered by Warranty. From the first time i visited this company to this time - always honest, professional and non pushy work. I have found my long term Mechanic who i can trust to service my car. Very Professional and Non Pushy Staff. My car was at a different company less that 1 week prior(4 days prior) and that company failed to do as i ask for - failed to listen to there customer. This company went thru the steps to find the fault and you could tell the mechanic clearly is a trained mechanic and knows what they are doing. This company is located on a Bus route. Good for when you need to drop of or to collect your car. Disclaimer - I have not been asked by Malmek Automotives to do this review - i have done so as i think Professional and Honest Companies deserve Honest Reviews."
