"I recently took my 2013 3.2 litre Mazda BT-50 to DRIVIN Automotive for a 200k service. I was looking for a mechanic that I could work with year after year in the northern Perth suburbs, particularly within Wangara. I initially hesitated to take my car to DRIVIN due to the industry's stigma and my own negative experiences with mechanics. However, the kind and helpful receptionist, Sophie Howard, immediately put me at ease. She was very knowledgeable about their services and took the time to answer all of my questions. I dropped my car off for the day, and when I returned to pick it up, I noticed a sense of humour and discipline within the workshop. I requested photos of the brakes, which the team kindly obliged. The notes in the email and attached PDF of the mechanics' observations were clear and concise. Overall, I was very impressed with the service I received at DRIVIN Automotive. The mechanical staff had a great attitude and were helpful. Sophie Howard was very kind and professional. I felt like the culture at DRIVIN was based on honesty and professionalism. I will continue to work with DRIVIN moving forward."

"Just another dodgy mechanic. My Male partner recommended them as they replaced 2 tyres at 95exGST on his Yaris while it was being serviced. However I went in with my Hyundai i20 (which has slightly bigger tyres) and was charged $131exGST each tyre which is $20- $40 more per tyre than you can get from literally anywhere else. Told them it was unacceptable but was ignored. Awful customer service. Wish I had never visited this place."
