Welcome to Little Explorers Childcare Centre, located in the heart of Worongary on the Gold Coast Queensland, just opposite Worongary State Primary School. Since 1996, we have been dedicated to providing quality care and education to families in our community.

Our director, who has over 35 years of experience as an Early Childhood Teacher, is passionate about helping children reach their full potential. She believes that a stimulating, warm, and caring environment filled with wonder and excitement is key to encouraging children to explore and experiment. With the support of our dedicated educators, children actively engage in their learning, building strong relationships and developing age-appropriate skills, knowledge, and self-worth.

We are committed to preparing children for school and providing a supportive team to assist in their transition. Our goal is for every child in our care to become independent, confident, and equipped with the skills and emotional resilience necessary for their educational journey.

At Little Explorers, we follow The Sparrow Way, a unique practice that combines proven international early learning methods. Guided by the principles of Reggio Emilia and underpinned by The Early Years Framework for Australia, we create an environment where children can find solutions through exploration, discovery, and invention.

We have an open-door policy, welcoming families to visit and walk through our centre at any time during operational hours. Once families have completed a tour, they will receive an enrolment pack with all necessary paperwork. Our orientation process is tailored to meet each family's needs and supports a smooth transition into our centre.

We understand that access to the Government Childcare Subsidy is an important consideration for families. We provide information on eligibility and how to access the subsidy, and our team works closely with your family to ensure a seamless transition into early learning childcare.
