Bateman Primary School

Welcome to Bateman Primary School, a leading establishment and point of interest located in the beautiful suburb of Bateman, just 14km south of Perth City in Western Australia. As a primary school, we cater to approximately 370 students from Kindergarten to Year 6, providing them with a high-quality education and a nurturing environment.

At Bateman Primary School, we have a strong focus on literacy, numeracy, and social/emotional development. Our dedicated teachers ensure that each child is catered to at their individual level of need and ability, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment across the entire school. We take pride in being an Independent Public School since 2017, offering a diverse and inclusive educational experience for students from various cultural backgrounds.

We are known for our close-knit community, where parents play an integral role in supporting our children's education. Our active Parent and Citizens (P&C) Association and School Board work hand in hand to support the school in achieving academic and social outcomes for our students. The P&C provides valuable classroom and school-wide resources, while the School Board ensures effective governance and aligns our direction with our vision for the school.
