"I'm not sure what would be considered a normal wait time at this pharmacy and I think it possibly could be a one off issue, however I'm here with my partner to get her prescription medication (which is just a packet already packed on the shelf) and we are still waiting going on 50 minutes. This has to be unusual and I hope this isn't what it's like all the time. A very negative experience so far."

"Staff were very rude and without patience today. As a regular it discomforts me knowing the staff differ so much. I overheard them refuse a small girl with a bladder issue the use of their toilet. She was clean, although unwell hence being there. The mother was understandably upset that her daughter was refused the toilet and referred to the prescription as evidence of needing to use the toilet. I too would have felt exceptionally insulted had I been asked to attend a Red Rooster toilet instead of the use of their own. Additionally, it would have taken them a few minutes to get across through the traffic. A small child with a bladder infection, expected in discomfort, to walk some hundred metres to a toilet that is not a public toilet is fairly condescending, inconvenient and cruel. Honestly, the staff are very hit and miss here with regards being polite. Todays staff appeared to be very nonchalant and without remorse. In this instant, I believe making an exception would have been warranted. I will use another Chemist in future, as this was hard to watch."
