Finger pointing and blaming other staff members for mistakes and poor management, no responsibility taken. Very disappointing, time wasting and poor service. "They test my water and advise me. A little hit and miss with the advice but I keep going back. Update: I took my faulty pump in and they bench tested it and told me it was fine and sent me away. I reinstalled and attempted to use again. Turns out the pump wasn't fine at all and I have since replaced it at a different pool shop. I will not be using Pool Supermarket again. Their prices are high and their advice has let me down more than once. I don't trust them."

They will help you restore your pool back to health and tell you what you need to do/add each step. They service and repair pumps, sell reasonable filters, almost any spare part you need and really good quality pool products. Highly recommended"
