"I want to be clear. This is NOT a review of the services provided, since I am NOT a client. Long story short, I got in touch with formal intent to becoming a client and I was toyed around with for 3 weeks without any response or acknowledgement. I called 3 times, once each week (reasonably enough time to get a response) and what seemed to be the receptionist was nice and friendly (hence two stars), but even after providing full contact details, I was completely overlooked and wasn't even sent an email as a courtesy to at least let me know that they couldn't / wouldn't be taking me and my business on as clients, which in my opinion, is particularly unprofessional to say the least. Highly disappointing. I'm hoping that's not the way they conduct their business, but that's for someone else to find out."
