"Do not send your fur baby. She put my dog on the treadmill without any asking .... my dog got hot spot and I found it when we got home. However she did not apologise about anything. It was terrible experience. *I'm not confused at all! It was your daycare centre and I sent my dog 4years ago and I rewrote my review recently(added more details) How rude! You never apologise to us."

"WARNING, DO NOT SEND YOUR DOG HERE We took our puppy to Lisa for socialisation and she shaved him and put him on a treadmill without our consent! There was no indication she would be grooming the dogs in her advertisements or questionnaire. If she had of asked us, we would have firmly said no, as we get our dog groomed at our vet monthly, furthermore, she shaved his fur down to the skin, taking chunks of hair from his sides. We had been warned by our vet shaving to the skin would cause changes to his coat and problems due to the undercoat hair growing faster than the slower growing guard hairs. She refused to apologise and tried to justify it as a ‘sanitary groom’ ‘post op care’ a ‘health check’ etc without consulting us - all of which he has been signed off previously by our amazing vet. Additionally, she ‘analysed’ him and told us he was ‘Mentally Slow’ and ‘Very underweight’ - the underweight aspect was allegedly the reason for his anxiety. Her insinuation he is mentally challenged and the underweight comment was very distressing! Naturally, I took him straight to the vet who said there was absolutely nothing to worry about and that the mentally slow and underweight comment was harmful misinformation. Very thankful my dog is fine and perfectly healthy, however we will never be taking him here again! Absolutely appalling all round."

"Le Petit has been a home away from home for my dog Ana. Ana has spent the past few years visiting Le Petit on a weekly basis. Ana was well looked after, groomed, fed, played with, exercised and had photos taken on a daily. Ana learnt to interact with all types of dogs and as owners we become more aware of her personality. Liza always took the time to give feedback and chat about how Ana was doing, and we loved receiving the photos and videos via facebook. We have now moved and will absolutely miss Le Petit!!! 100% recommend this beautiful dog sanctuary. Thank you to Liza and the Le Petit fur babies for making Ana feel so welcome x Woof Woof - Ana, Lana and Brayden x"

"We have been taking Lola to Le Petit since she was a young puppy. When she was young, she was severely anxious and the idea of leaving her alone was heart breaking. However we were brave and left her at Le Petit with Liza and crew and it was the best decision we have ever made. Her anxiety melted away, were she became brave, sociable and loving every moment. Even now I continue to take little Lola as she adores Liza, her Friday’s and her pack that it’s often a lot of puppy talk and excited barking until we arrive. Then she runs to the gate! If you want a safe, loving and fun environment for your fur baby this is the place to go! I just wish I could give more than five Stars!!"

"My dog has been attending Le Petit since the beginning of 2018. She looks forward to attending and will be waiting at the front door on 'day care' days. My dog is always exhausted after a day at day care and is happily sound sleep shortly after we get home. The staff are always friendly, the groups are small and the dogs receive lots of personal love and attention. I will continue to send my beloved doggy here!"
