"McDonalds Wanneroo has only ever had a 50% strike rate of getting my order correct, which in itself should be called out, but my experience today tipped me over the line to call them out. I arrived at the drive through to be greeted with the usual muffled “greeting” followed by “are you using the Maccas app today?” To which I replied yes and offered my code. The server then repeated my code to me, which I confirmed was correct, and then told me that he couldn’t activate it, and I’d have to proceed to the last window. So I drove away from the ordering speaker and around the corner to find 4 cars in front of me in the queue. When I finally got to the window I was offered the eftpos machine to pay, which was strange seeing as I hadn’t ordered anything yet. Upon enlightening the guy, he proceeded to take my order without punching it into the computer or writing it down and then walked off to another computer to put it through, before returning to tell me “you can’t order a triple cheeseburger” to which I replied, “oh I get it almost everytime, you have to put it through as a double cheeseburger, add a patty and cheese”. Not convinced he walked off to get another member of staff to ask, before putting it through the computer. He then returned to make me pay, which I did, and then was instructed to park up. 12 minutes later the guy appears from the store with a bag of food and a single drink. (I had ordered 2 large meals, amongst other things). When questioned he said “oh you asked for a meal, just go through the drive through and I’ll put it through”. Not a chance I thought to myself and reversed straight back into the drive through lane and parked at the window. After closer inspection of the bag, the chips were missing too, so I alerted the man to this fact once I was at the window, who then proceeded to charge me for the coffee that he missed. After another couple of minutes, he returned with the coffee and no chips, when questioned he said that he hadn’t charged me for chips so I would have to pay for them. This was the final straw for me, as not only had he taken my order wrong, he was now making me pay extra to correct his mistake as the cost of the items in the value meal is greater than the cost of the meal complete. Not only refusing to acknowledge their mistake, but charging me extra for them to make it, and making us wait 25 minutes for an incomplete order."

"Service is great for a Maccas. It's kind of dirty but you know it's a store frequently visited by the local teens. At least the cheese was in the burgers and not stuck to the wrapper."

"Went to order breakfast this morning in drive thru. Asked what I’d like and I asked for two bbq bacon toasties to be told they didn’t have any made and I asked if they could make them up and I would park up to wait. She said she would check and said no we can’t do that. Asked what else I wanted and I asked for two birthday iced lattes for the girl to laugh loudly and then say yeah we can’t do those either. Laughed at me that they were out of the items I wanted instead of offering any sincere apology for having nothing ready to sell. Such a childish attitude. 8.30am and don’t have breakfast menu ready or their promotional items."

"Slow service, dirty water coffee, music outside is way to loud and check out the pic of my bacon egg mcmuffin. Having to tuck the ingredients into the bun before eating it. Oh, and sticky floors. Please don't blame your trainees."
