Welcome to South Perth Primary School, a historic institution that has been providing quality education for the children of South Perth since 1898. As we enter the year 2023, we are excited to celebrate our 125th anniversary in June. This milestone is a testament to our commitment to delivering exceptional education and fostering a strong sense of community.
At South Perth Primary School, we believe in providing our students with a well-rounded education that goes beyond academics. Our engaging and challenging programs are designed to develop our students academically, physically, creatively, socially, and emotionally. We create opportunities for them to explore their interests and passions, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their future endeavors.
One of our ongoing projects is the development of Nature Play areas, which has been a collaborative effort between the school and the Parents and Citizens (P&C) association. The Grounds Committee, consisting of dedicated staff, P&C members, and interested parents, have worked tirelessly to create spaces that allow our students to connect with nature and promote outdoor learning. Phase one was completed in October 2017, and we are currently progressing with phase two.
Our school community is built on the foundation of a safe, caring, and supportive environment. Parents, teachers, and support staff work together to ensure that our students receive outstanding learning opportunities. We firmly believe in the power of collaboration and recognize the importance of strong partnerships between home and school. Together, we strive to create an inclusive and nurturing environment where every student can thrive.
As we embark on another school year, we extend a warm welcome to both returning and new students. We are excited to guide them on their educational journey and help them unlock their full potential.
