"Such bad service. The scanner didn't work at all. This is not the first time. This is the 3rd time that I wasn't able to scan my gift card. They haven't learnt from their mistakes. I was waiting there for half an hour. Can you believe it!!! Even they try to put the code for my gift card manually, but they don't even know how to do that!! The bad experience is not only me. "Keen to visit a place where customer service involves looking the other way. Or perhaps a place where sticking shelves takes precedent over allowing customers to access them. We have a raft of reasons to visit a pharmacy & generally drop off in excess of quadruple the average persons spend. I don’t want special treatment but some sort of service would be nice. Pharmacist couldn’t have been more rude if she tried. Plenty of other chemists nearby, make use of them"
