"CRA were very professional in handling my insurance claim from the RAA. I was very impressed how quickly the RAA acted on my claim. On the same day CRA contacted me arranging a tradesman to secure the opening and making it safe. Fantastic! Storm and wind gusts later in the week snapped a weld on the fence support and I lost another section. A big thank you to the SES working in heavy rain and wind to make it safe once again at 10pm on a Saturday night. In the meantime CRA contacted the RAA for approval to have the steel supports strengthened as I feared that just replacing the fallen fence, it would go again. Took a little time but in the end approval was given. Thank you to Andy at a company called ‘ All retaining Walls’ (contracted through CRA) for suggesting and carrying out the end work. Top job all round by everyone involved."
"Absolutely shocking! Painters cleaned their pots on our front lawn, killing it in the process. Missed loads of spots in the house. Argued about whwre they needed to repair, even though a tree branch had gone through the roof. Sent out useless contractors. Was so bad the insurance company refunded the excess! If these are recommended via insurance or anywhere else, refuse and ask for someone different!"

"Awful experience dealing with worker "S", who was unbelievably rude and disrespectful. He was only in door a few minutes and he was berating and arguing with me over the fact I had pulled up my natural fibre flooring after it got flooded. He went on and on causing me great distress. I was visibly upset and crying and he was still arguing about it even after I told him to stop and let it go. He also severely lacked communication about the fundamentals of using the fans/dryers they installed, finding out later that we were supposed to close our windows and run them all day."
