"It's such a huge store. Such a shame that there was minimal good quality stock to choose from. Found so many clothes in the incorrect sizing place. Small sizes in XL, etc. It's not an enticing store at all compared to others. We walked out buying nothing, which we hardly ever do at other locations."
"Had terrible experience recently with their manager ( or called so, couldn't see her name badge ). I was refused for a refund for the bad quality items I bought. The lady "manager" was extremely rude, tried to make me feel guilty and talked to me like I'm stupid ( I guess just because of my accent ) . Even my actions were reasonable, and according to the website rules for refund, I could get my money back. But it seems like the "manager" didn't read it and didn't want to do her job. And by the way, fitting rules there is a mess. I have never experienced such unpleasant service at other stores pf TK Maxx even during busy Xmas times."
"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! my daughter and I walked into the store just to browse around when I got to the checkout and payed for my items in cash the lady at the register (with red har, bad attitude and so full of herself) started complaining about the $10 note that I gave her. I politely said sorry and said I never knew what was wrong with the $10 note and she continued to say the money wasn't real and we couldn't use it. We ended up paying for the item with a different note as we started to walk away she laughed in the most rudest and sarcastic way. These people in TK max coomera need to start learning some manners as this ruined my afternoon. Highly recommended not coming here go to a different TK Max with better customer service."
