"I was very touched by Ian"s kindness and assistance today. I was upset after hearing I needed to monitor my blood pressure and was asking advice on buying a unit to check it at home. Ian invited me to come and have it checked at the pharmacy as often as I needed to, rather than buy a unit. Ian sat with me and explained in detail how BP is measured and took another reading for me when I felt calmer. This act of kindness really brightened my stressful day and Im very grateful. I highly recommend consulting with Ian at this friendly pharmacy."
"I dropped medicine in to be compounded. They gave me the medicine back cut up in individual wrappers and individual containers. These people need a dictionary “make up as a whole” aka not in parts. I trusted them to make heart medicine up. Very irresponsible"
"Sameer is a wonderful, patient focused pharmacist....caring and knowledgeable. The pharmacy offers a wide range of services and the staff are welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend."
"I ordered some baby teething gel and Karlee was amazing she was so professional and responded to my e-mails promptly. I also had the teething gel sent by mail and it was a very quick process."
"Communication and customer service is terrible. Having scripts faxed during this pandemic is meant to make life easier but they have no idea what the process is or how to relay that information. Was told by them I couldnt recieve my repeat script paperwork unless I had the original script which would be posted to me. Was told by my doctor it would be posted to them. Neither has clearly happened. Called today to find out whats going on and they said they had the faxed script and could give me my medication as I had 3 repeats, but not the prescription paperwork with my repeats. I dont need my meds since I've dispensed the first script. How is it possible for them to give me another lot when I was told initially they couldn't do so without the original script. Why the sudden change of rules???? If customers cant always get to the same pharmacy they need that paperwork. Having the pharmacist say one thing and your doctor say another is confusing and stressful. Try to hold a better relationship and Communication system with the clinics sending you scripts to avoid this happening to others. I Won't be coming back its not worth the hassle. *Edit* Yes a manager was in contact via email and to be frank it doesn't make a difference to my review. They also did not cancel my account membership I still receive spam emails I've had to block through gmail. They told me "The pharmacies can dispense from the electronic version" which was not what I was told the first time I was in. I was told to get any more of my repeats dispensed I would need the original script. I was told by the staff member this would be posted to me personally. I told her that this didn't sound right so I would call my doctor. I called my doctor to confirm this info and they said that my script was both faxed and posted to them not me. When I called the pharmacy two weeks later to find out if my script had been delivered they did not even bother to check their mail they just typed on the computer said they had the faxed copy and they could dispense one of my repeats for me. That's not what I asked for and it annoyed me because I was told the first time I came in no repeats could be dispensed without the original script. I questioned the staff member about it and she said that what I was told the first time was correct. Hence why I don't understand how the rules had somehow changed. Which is it? You either can or cannot dispense my repeats based on the fax script. Stick to a narrative. In times like this you should have a written Spiel that your employees can clearly state to each customer in regards to faxed/postal scripts so each person has the CORRECT info and the same experience. The problem in all of this was that the staff didn't bother to answer my questions or help me in any way. How hard would it have been to simply say any of the following? "I'm sorry I don't know that information but I can ask someone who does" "I'm sorry we don't print out the original scripts here just ring your GP and see if it is being posted as we only have the fax at the moment." "I'm sorry it doesn't look like we have been mailed your script yet perhaps give your GP and ring and see if you can get it posted out again or pick it up" I cannot reiterate more than to Train your staff better. The above responses are basic customer service. Not once did I ever get an apology from your staff for the inconvenience or confusion. So it seems pretty disingenuous to apologise only after you get a bad google review. Not once did your staff take accountability for giving me the wrong information and they also never bothered to properly check if my paperwork had been received. I also had to press them for what I should do next to rectify the issue. This should just be automatic. If you can't help the customer with their problem find someone who can don't just say nothing or repeat the same thing over and over and backtrack constantly. This whole issue could have been avoided if I was shown bare minimum respect. Do better. Your customers deserve it. Hope this will be a learning experience."
