Tess Collie, in particular, brings over fifteen years of private practice experience and has worked in various settings including private and public hospital palliative care, Relationships Australia, Queensland Cancer Fund, and Kumbari Avenue Special School. Sarah Forman has been working in the field of counselling and psychotherapy since 2001, with experience in private, NGO, and Tertiary Education sectors. She has also spent over ten years as a Relationship Counsellor for Relationships Australia, working with couples from diverse backgrounds, including the LGBTIQ community.
