"Charged $29.95 for a medical certificate when the website advertises them for $24.95. Pointed that out to the pharmacist who insisted it was $29.95. Clearly this is false advertising and I have kept photos of my receipts for my complaint with the office of health ombudsman."

"A big thank you to Robyn recently helped getting a script filled for me overnight when no other local pharmacy could. Was our mistake forgetting to get it done in time. I had to ring around several places before Robyn at Priceline came to my rescue, she is a lovely lady and ever so helpful, she did as she said, the very next day, we went over to Town Centre had a coffee and within an hour or so she had phone to say script was in as a special order overnight for us. I often use this pharmacy for all of our other requirements, we dont use Robina as our regular centre for weekly shop, hence we havent got scripts from here before."

Lady on register was stacking her fridge while we waited, didn’t even smile or show any personality or talk, didn’t ask for my Priceline card so I’ve missed out on points. We just felt like we were an inconvenience & a nuisance & we were the only ones in the shop so not busy. Left feeling upset & angry."
