"Always enjoyed the nightlife at Underground, if you looking for good RNB music with a good dance floor, plenty of Kiwi's in the house. Pool table and 2 bars. Getting a drink is a slight wait, but not as long as Sin City! We used to run pub crawls through a range of clubs, and this was one of the places I would go back to hands down every time. "Bad customer service by lady checking stamps applied for a VIP card was told to collect it at reception for $20. Apparently they had ran out of cards yet tried to charge me $15 entry. The logical solution would be give me free entry and I’ll collect the card the following week or pay the $20 for the VIP card, receive a receipt to collect it the following week the most logical solution which was lacking. I won’t be paying for the VIP card or attending the club I expect a complimentary one after this experience"

"I've been to many clubs around the Gold Coast - Platinum, Sin City, Bedroom, Hennessey, elsewhere and Retros. Underground though is a club I can keep coming too; great people, awesome vibe and great taste in RnB music. Fridays are normally quiet from about 9-12am on average, Saturday seem to be the busiest days. Getting a decent Reputation here since I am a regular. A club like this finds it right kind of people. Haters can hate on this club all they like, it just means we get the right people enjoying the club. Some maintenance would be nice to see and the floor gets sticking from drink spills (clubs though so not too big an issue). Free entry before 11pm I'm pretty sure. I like how the club can bring in different numbers of people. Just get to know the people in club, I'm regular and when run into them enough we're respectful people - chilled back. Come enjoy Underground. Hehe. You might want to avoid coming in too early sometimes or at certain points, in case you not a fan of the Hangover Crawl groups."

"Celebrated an 18th birthday and what a night. Atmosphere was on point and we all had a great time. DJ was fantastic and kept everyone on the dance floor. Our whole group enjoyed themselves"

"My absolute favourite club on the Gold Coast! They have the best djs! The atmosphere is always pumping! As well as the door girl joy she is such a sweetheart and my 2 favourite bar girls lulu and chareese! Would 100% recommend this club if you want to have a lit night!"
