"Very rude, abrupt and unprofessional. Went to a home open yesterday 23/08 in ballajura. The way the agent spoke to myself and other people inspecting the property was completely un-necessary. I am assuming it was her husband who was slumped over the kitchen bench and laughing while I was trying to talk to the agent. I now see why they have such a low rating and very little residential and commercial properties for lease or sale. As a previous home owner myself, I would want an agent representing my property who is professional, easy to talk with and doing there best to make viewers feel welcome, not intimated. If I was the owner of this property and found out how she was representing my house, I'd be p*ssed and would be looking for a new agent immediately. The house it self was perfect and I would of loved to have put an application in but just based of her terrible attitude yesterday, Ill give it a miss."
