"I rang the tap doctor because we had a blocked toilet on a Saturday morning at work. I got a call back from Paris within 5 minutes. He was very helpful and communicative. He gave me an estimate time of arrival and was right on time. He was very professional and respectful. Did great work efficiently and had a great manner about him. Quick and tidy. I would definitely recommend him and tap doctor again."

"Had plumber attend previously, happy with job. Called back to have our porcelain cisterns elements changed as 1 blew up. Same plumber gave us the option to repair and service or replace we spoke about water consumption and capacity. We decided to replace all the cisterns with new. Quoted aprox $500 each. I was happy to go ahead, left him to do it, I went out. Got home late and they were replaced with cheap Chinese made plastic not the same (porcelain). The seat was also plastic and squeaky. I messaged Sam my concerns, he said he told us. In no way would we agree to this plastic. He kept saying no you agreed. Your husband was happy. I asked for return of our pretty new cisterns removed and put back, he refused and said we agreed. After a few discussions I hear nothing. He ripped us off plus took the porcelain ones ( probably sold them) they looked new. Still not happy, he is a liar and scammed us on quality and took our cisterns, we did not allow any of this. BEWARE."
