"Got my nails one here for the first time and will never be going no again. The Lady doing my nails, polished it terribly near the nail and skin, causing my finger to bleed. Also, when cutting my nails, I deliberately grew them out, but she cut them to so little and the shape is uneven and bumpy. Service quality was awful, highly recommend to not come and waste money."

"I used to go all the time but unfortunately recently had a not so pleasant experience, I got a full acrylic set which one of the nails was crooked to the point it was hitting my other nail, I noticed this half way through and when mentioned she just loudly explained how my finger is bent and it’s my fault. For background info I’ve had my nails done now for 3 years and I’ve never been told his from a nail technician and first time this has happened. This made me not go there for a while feeling not great but wanted to give them another shot as I used to go frequently. I went again with my friend and this was terrible, the lady doing mine was very on edge from the beginning, she kept looking up at me with a frustrated look without saying anything and pulling my hands aggressively. I kept my head down for most of it uneasy with her stare and she worked in a sort of rush which made my nails feel a bit flimsy. I was charged full rate and got them done only 5 days ago and now 3 have pretty much fallen off, and fallen off without it hurting just falling off with a touch. Really wanted to see a good ending with my round two with my first experience being not the best but I will not go again."

"Got my nails done here as I always do it’s my favourite and my local but I had a full set done on Sunday and already 3 acrylics have fallen off which I have never experienced here.. $70 down the drain."

"The lady who did my pedicure clearly didn’t want to be there. Looked bored. Kept looking out the door while painting my nails. Filed my nails while the old polish was still on. Only cut one nail despite me saying they needed to be cut shorter. Disagreed when I asked her to cut them and now I have uneven nails that are sharp and scratchy. Had infills done too. Uneven nails and polish. $110 and not impressed. Won’t be back. The owner is very nice."
