"Do not use this company if you want flowers delivered that day. Despite initially accepting my order, the flowers were not delivered. They maintain they then sent me a followup email, (to say the flowers could not be delivered), which I did not receive. I was closely watching my emails, as I was surprised the recipient had not thanked me. They say they will refund me, but the surprise of having flowers delivered on my daughter's birthday is now non existent. A very disappointing experience."
