"so, went this coles location on sunday for the first time. i didnt expect much, it seemed alright to me, but WOW. i was AMAZED by the customer service! ive never experienced so much friendliness, especially by one employee! i dont remember her name, but i asked her where something was and we had a friendly conversation. it wasnt awkward at all, which was quite unexpected. she was so nice, and she knew exactly where the thing i wanted was. i will definitely be coming back if this employee is working! to the manager, i think the young girl definitely deserves a raise! her name was emma, if i remember correctly. thank you!"
"They have lots of discount offers. But sometimes the scanning machines doesn't knew about the offers and they scan it without adding those existing offers. Some employees doesn't know about their own company policies. They tell us to go back and check on it once again. In this case we dont have to pay for that particular item . This is the company's policy. The conversion was a little rude apart from that i like this place."
"This place is the absolute worst. Every single time I do a click and collect they always get it wrong!! They have their click and collect phone turned off and the link you use when you arrive never works. This isn't just over a short period. Over 12 months of the absolute worst service, I've complained to management and nothing. Do better. This is just pathetic. No longer using this place would rather deal with Woolworths at robina. Your a multi-million dollar company. Seriously pathetic."
