"I like to mention and thank Ms Andria Wijaya from Client Services (Manager) on her ‘above and beyond ‘ service. I had an inquiry into my superannuation balance. My request had to be forwarded to another department. Ms Wijaya then followed up that evening (after working hours) to ensure I had received the information requested. It is rare nowadays to have an individual take responsibility and follow up to ensure the issue/matter has been resolved. The matter was still outstanding at that time as the report had still not been forwarded to me… Ms Wijaya then did so herself as she had received a copy."

"What the adviser said at the initial meeting was not what was put in the financial report. I was supposed to get quarterly reviews and didn't receive them. I instructed the adviser to not act on my behalf of which his assistant confirmed yet they still kept taking deductions from my account (and which have never been repaid). They also took a massive amount of money proportionate to my super balance at the end of financial year despite them no longer being my advisers (and which have never been repaid). I lost a lot of money using this company. I do not recommend them at all."
