"For Mother's Day my sister and I decided to treat ourselves for breakfast while kids were at sports, thought we could relax, catch up before we have busy day ahead. We decides to try this cafe since we always go to our favourite Blend Cafe and Pizza Bar. We acknowledge that it is Mother's Day and everyone was busy. We arrived at 8.10am, we didn't have any bookings. We wanted to sit on table #2 on left as you walk inside the door. However, there was menu on table and a card with written "reserved". There were very few tables near the counter with no "reserved" sign, however we saw table #1 empty, no menu and no sign "reserved". So we sat there, and I ordered our meals. I ordered chai latte, the lady advised me if I wanted loose leaf or powder, I chose the loose leaf. I also ordered flat white, French toast and Field Mushrooms with Sour Dough bread. 20minutes later sitting down, a waitress asked if we have any booking, we said no. She advised us that table #1 is also reserved and part of table #2. We told her there was no sign on table #1 as she can see, plus when we saw "reserved" sign is in table #2 only, how are we to know that table #1 was part of table #2? There was no sign, and tables were not joined at all, plus no menus placed on table #1. She advised us it is booked and people are coming at 8.30am. We told her there was no sign hence we sat there, but since someone is coming and we sat here waiting for our order, we are happy to move but let us know where we can sit, since we not can't tell which tables are FREE, since their way of reserving tables are confusing. She sat us outside, the large table in front on left side, there was a guy sitting there, and table had a reserved sign for 9.15am. The guy also had same issue, he was sitting in no reserved table inside, and was told to go outside. Since it is only 8.30am we thought it will be fine. Another 10minutes later, I realised our order was ordered for table #1, where we were originally located. My sister had to go inside and tell the waitress. The guy sharing the table with us, also went inside to let the waitress know he is now sitting outside too, and his original order was when he was in table inside. Our coffee arrived, and I realised my chai latte was from powder, not a lose leaf chai. Our meals finally arrived at 9.00am. By that time we were worried in case the people who booked the table we got transferred might arrive soon, and we didn't want to rush our meals since we already waited. We decided to move to a smaller table outside, with no reserved sign, however there were cups and plates from previous group, we tried to flag one of the waitress but we decided to clean the tables ourselves. We moved the dirty dishes on one side, and placed our plates and we swapped tables (again). At 9.10am the people arrived on previous table. Thank goodness we moved. By that time we were already very disappointed, bad chai, extremely poor service, and dried toasts. All the time we were there, the waitress who moved us from table #2 was not sorry and made us feel it was our fault for not booking and that table #2 is part of table #1. When an establishment is busy, especially during special occasion such as Mother's Day, this is the best time to stand out, where you can make your customers feel welcome and be sincere and apologetic. Overall, not a good experience at all, very poor service and meals and coffee ordered were below average. For $50, definitely not worth it."

"Coffee was great but the food was the biggest F you can imagine. I got the chilli chicken burger and the patty was just mush. Absolutely disgusting. The other meal ordered was a beef burger. Two Big fat beef patties with no flavour at all and very cheap tasting salsa. Definitely not coming back here. See photo of the chicken "patty" in the burger. It's just mushy mess. Absolutely gross. I thought id accidentally been given a vegetable burger because I couldn't even see or taste the chicken"

"Got the big breakfast through uber eats after a new years eve night lol. Have tried a lot of places and this seemed quite far, as breakfasts don't travel so well but saw good reviews. It was delicious. Thanks guys. I do tend to heat a few bits in the airfryer quickly and the eggs were softer than on picture. I just like the food a bit hotter. But packaging was good for keeping it hot. Hash brown yum, beans great. All of it super tasty!! Even the tomatoes (don't usually like on a breakfast). Would order again for sure!"
