"Room was dusty and grubby. Heater didn't work, do room was very cold. No reception after 5.30pm. Badly in need of refurbishment."

"Great overall experience, room was great, had a walk in shower which is what I needed. Staff members were friendly, car park was a little tight. Great location and close to everything in Glenelg."

"The rooms are clean but bathrooms could do with a bit of an upgrade. Location and price are good."

"Needs a renovation and then it would be good value. Really disappointed that the WiFi did not work. The shower tap needs a new washer it dripped all night. Bed was comfortable. Bad design in the bathroom as it was hard to wash one's face as your head would hit the stupid shelf fixed above the basin. Staff very friendly and accommodating."

"The cleanliness standard has slipped to an all time low. Carpet stunk and when I walked on it my feet turned black from the filth. Room needed a good dusting. Won't be staying there again. Shame because the location is great."
