"I had my nails done a while ago. Sns refill. The woman tried hacking them off with acrylic tips. Once all my real nails were all broken underneath, she then proceeded to soak off the rest in acetone. I had tears rolling down my face it was so painful. After experiencing the worst treatment I asked politely for a discount as I was not happy with the service. The lady behind the counter was so disrespectful and not caring at all, she refused any discount and any blame. I am never one to complain but NEVER AGAIN will I go back. Appalling!"

"By far the worst and most expensive nails Iv ever had. If I could attach a picture you'd be horrified by the end product and the fact they even let me walk out like this or charge me the prices they did. I got refills with French tip, my daughter the same and I also got my toes in French (no pedicure) all up I was charged $225. My hands look like the white has grown out and the pink has just been refilled in iv never seen the white sit so far up a long nail. They are also uneven and going on angles. My toes the men asked if I was ok with the white hed finished for the french tip. I couldn't believe my big toes looked liked they had been drawn on with the non dominant hand. Let alone the fact it appeared hed had no training in cutting toes, I felt like he was going to rip them. I am so disgusted by my experience here I think it's so wrong they are taking money for seriously poor service they shouldn't be in ithe West lakes mall poor representation of business"

"Paid full price for sub par work. Nails were thick and uneven, no acknowledgment of client unhappiness with the work. Bridal nails as well, had to go elsewhere to get them fixed. Not happy at all, will never go back."

"I don’t usually get my nails done as I’m autistic I find it hard to sit next to other people for that long but when I do I come here but after my last visit I’m conflicted. I spent $80 on acrylics nails which is fine despite the fact that I was cut multiple times and had a ridiculous amount of run off acrylic on my entire hands, despite the fact that I had moisturiser half heartedly rubbed in, was all fine. But then I’m getting my hands moved in all kinds of directions for a photo I wasn’t even asked if it was okay to take. The answer would have been no, but I’m starting to panic so how am I going to pull my hand back? I can’t so I let my hands be moved in all directions and extra oil put on them because the run off acrylic wouldn’t look good in a photo one decides. I have time to spare and I decide because I’ve been sitting here watching a woman get a lovely pedicure that maybe I’ll try my luck there. Nope. This is where the issue of half hearted service really comes in because I watched the other woman sit there and get a thorough pedicure for over and hour but when it came my turn I was roughly scrubbed and poked, my nails rushed in what must have been a joke because she had me in and out in 15 minutes to the point that my massage chair wasn’t even finished before she had me at the counter telling me that this “pedicure” costs $55. I say excuse me because how on earth could that service possibly be that much and ask her to explain which she does but not in between talking about me in another language, heads up next time maybe check which languages I speak before deciding to openly mock a customer to other employees in front of them. Severely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and just general manners. Would not say this place is disability friendly, especially not invisible disabilities"
