"Great burger place. The staff were fantastic, and the service was quick. It has good parking in a great location. Will definitely be back soon."
"First visit was amazing so we kept coming back for meat free Mondays but the quality dropped rapidly. Last time we went there were no impossible parties available and the burgers were too saucy"
"I visited Grill'd Innaloo for the first time on a Saturday night close to closing time. While the food was up to the usual Grill'd standard, the service left much to be desired. It seemed the staff was more focused on winding down than serving customers. I was ignored initially, and when I finally received service, the wait for food was longer than expected, a problem shared by another customer. The quality of the burger was good, but the customer service certainly needs improvement. This experience was a bit of a let down compared to other Grill'd locations."
"I went to the restaurant expecting something good, highly rated and beside my house. I went with my wife on Wednesday night and it was quite busy, I could see in all staff face, panic, clearly there is no manager, if is, he/she isn’t a great one. I was waiting to be seated and it was just me and my girlfriend waiting, just us, and it took us 5 minutes for someone to talk to us. After 5 minutes the guy said, “you can seat anywhere, good luck to find a spot” OK. Later on we found a spot where the table was a mess. I sat and waited around 30min for someone clean for us, we had to ask. The girl that cleaned for us, just took the plates, the dirt stayed in the table even the empty bottle. After 30min the food arrived, and it was SO COLD. I was wondering, I’m so hurry and the service was poor, if ask them to put in the microwave for 1min I won’t mind. Anyway, we ate the cold food. You can see in the picture that the cheese was hard and freeze. I won’t recommend this place, unless they provide me a voucher or something like that for us have a new experience."
