Novo Shoes Robina

"Terrible experience, no customer service acts like you are disturbing them. Went to Novo Shoes Robina yesterday and the day before to purchase shoes for a special occassion and the lady behind the counter could not seemed less interested to serve me. I asked about a pair of shoes in my size I was interested in and was bluntly told "no, we have none in stock, you will have to go to Pacific Fair store", so that is exactly what I did. Went to Pacific Fair store where the staff were very friendly but advised that the only store that had our size was Robina (what a pain, we just left there). We returned to Robina store the next day to AGAIN to be told "no don't have that size, you will need to go to Pacific Fair". The lady (same lady as day before) was so rude that I decided not to bother and go to another store. My husband was with me this time and had looked online at Novo Shoes which indicated that Robina WAS the only store that had my size, My husband walked up to the lady to ask again and advise that the website says they are in stock and was VERY bluntly told "Oh yeah they are faulty, you will have to go to Pacific Fair" my husband advised we already went there at her advice and they told us Robina had them. My husband was then told "oh well the ones here are faulty". I could not believe how rude and how uninterested this staff member was. Do yourself a favour and don't bother with Novo Shoes Robina. I did end up getting lovely shoes from another store."

"Very poor customer service, a salesperson works here who was very rude and answered our every question rudely and nervously. It was as if she didn't like working and had to be there. It was my first time to shop at this store, but I really regretted it"

"The girls that work here are just lovely! Whenever they haven't had my size in stock, they've be fantastic about ordering them in for me and letting me know as soon as they arrive. The shoes at Novo are cute, fun and inexpensive, making them perfect for daily wear"

"The assistant working at the Robina store today was extremely rude. She made it very clear that it was too much trouble to get some bags down from the top shelves so that we could have a look. We were hoping to buy one. It was a little after 10:00 am when the store first opened and we were the only customers in the store. Her attitude was disgusting."

"went to go return/ exchange a pair of boots that i bought, worn once to try and they didn’t fit right an gave sharp pains in certain rubbing areas. first contact in store was super nice sweet lady, could see shoes were unworn, apart from the fact of say 10 mins of walking to test. only wear was a slight discolouration on the bottom, which is not noticeable unless you’re specifically picky. second lady came out an right off the bat some bad vibes, customer service should not be so affectable in peoples way of getting around, i wasn’t about to argue back to her so i left. shoe shops especially should be more concerned on well beings of comfort rather than the money an ‘wear’ of putting something back into a store"
