"First experience with StarTrack: The postie didn't want to deliver it in the rain, so he decided to mark it as incorrect address to be returned to sender, rather than just taking it to the local post office or leaving a card or actually doing his job and delivering it. Second and final experience with StarTrack: No rain, perfect weather, people outside the house on the porch, the postie drives by, drops the card, and zooms off. No opening of the gate, no calling out, and he didn't even write the correct time on the card. Infuriating. 100% terrible experiences."
