"I am annoyed that almost all makeup being stocked at your store is very expensive and there are no longer any cheaper brands or products available. First Dove deep cleansing cream was removed from the range and now it is obvious Dove tinted moisturiser is also being phased out. Both these products are made in Australia, are of excellent quality and affordable. Why are they no longer stocked? I have tried responding to surveys and ringing but the online surveys don't work and there is at least a 15 minute wait to talk to customer service. It is also odd that I can't post unless I attribute stars."

"Literally my favourite big W, always greeted by lovely staff, always plenty of stock…. Always has good sales/mark downs. It’s big and has a great party and tech section too. I wish the makeup stalls had more testers available as there’s almost none. But otherwise a great store :)"

"Awesome place to visit they have everything and lots of things you can buy in bulk for extra savings. Like toiletries, bathroom, garden, pet products. Then all the usual things you would expect to find here. The prices are quite competitive and you can use your Everyday Rewards card for points."

Realised I had an untagged item. Assistant quickly found the markdown price, and I left the store extremely happy after having successful and polite interactions with 3 different assistants."
