"Overrated. They don't care about their families at all. We waited many months to get my daughter into this place because it is close to home and is highly recommended for Kids. We initially saw someone for 5 months before she left. We were transferred to another psychologist who we saw for this year but she is now leaving too. We have yet to be allocated a new therapist. My daughter is last to be allocated because we are NDIS funded. She will start the new school year without a therapist. 3 therapists in 18 months in this place, not good for a kid with high anxiety and resistance to change. No communication from them regarding them trying to get us a new therapist, just the old therapist shoving a piece of paper at me with the names of other places more than 30 minutes away and recommending I ring them"
"Penny has been an absolute gem helping my family with our eldest child and I know that I've become a better person and father from the sessions I have attended also."
"Absolutely amazing, have worked extremely well with my young daughter on her anxiety issues. Listened to my concerns and have given us both tools to help her. My daughter loves going there. Can not praise and recommend enough."
"If you feel like you're at the end of your tether and need help with challenging behaviour with your children, these wonderful people are beyond superior when it comes to their expertise, knowledge and sheer passion for what they do. I attended a 6 week Coaching and Parenting course and can attest to their ability to guide and educate parents, like myself, who have challenging children. Actually, I found out that what I was experiencing was perfectly normal. Now I have a bunch of tools which are helping me day-to-day. They have an incredible online program called Calm Kid Central, which helps kids feel calm, confident and co-operative. I highly recommend joining this. There is no magic solution, but these psychologists are clearly trained in the latest techniques and therapies available. DO NOT hesitate to call them. Amazing!"
"Failed to help child with anxiety issues. Not interesting in working with the father to establish a meaningful relationship with his child. Disappointed with this business and their attitude towards helping families and actually "developing minds"."
