"Really disappointed tonight. I used to be a regular and order food weekly, I've recently moved away but craving a chicken mex burger for the last year. Finally back in town, I ordered my usual. The burgers used to be so full and juicy and would need a breather halfway through to get through the food. This time, I had to add extra sauce when it was delivered, it seemed quite dry. Chips were ok, nice and crunchy, other than that I'm super let down. Is it under new management? Have you had new staff take over?"

"We ordered mac and cheese, jalapeno poppers and the cheesy currly fries. We were missing food. The curly fries were disgusting and soggy. It was not like they were crispy once and then got soggy. They were defrosted and had cheese sauce drizzled on them. When we called to complain the manager was so rude and obviously in experienced. There is a reason for the 3.1 rating. Take your American flag down."
