"When looking for a school for my son, it was really important to me to find a place he would be nurtured and supported to grow into a well rounded and resilient child, not only taught academics. I have found Christ the king community focused and approachable, any concerns I have raised have been responded to and resolved admirably. I wanted somewhere he wouldn't get lost in massive class sizes and here in this school the teachers & principal know almost all the children's names even those not in their classes and the leadership goes out of their way to be involved. I am very happy we chose CTK and look forward to the next few years when my second will start there too. Highly recommend if you are after an approachable community feel where students and families are supported."
"We are incredibly pleased with the education and overall experience that my children have received at CTK in Warradale. The dedicated teachers and staff create a nurturing and supportive environment where my kids have not only excelled academically but have also grown as compassionate individuals. The school's commitment to fostering a strong sense of community and values aligning with our faith is truly commendable. I couldn't be happier with the education and values my children are receiving here."
"Christ The King School is an amazing little Catholic school. The principal and staff are absolutely wonderful. They treat students with kindness and dignity and they take the time to know every student by name. My son has a learning difficulty and Christ the King offers effective programs to support him. He is currently doing the mini lit and fine motor skills programs. They also offer different activities before school and after school each term. The principal Mr Perry is a visible and approachable leader. Before school, at recess and lunch times he is on yard duty engaging with the students by playing footy and handball with them, as well as taking the time to connect with their families. We are proud to be a part of this brilliant school community."
"Christ the King is a small school with a big community spirit. We are delighted with the sense of belonging and inclusiveness felt by both our daughter and us as parents. The guidance, nurturing and genuine student/teacher interactions are beautiful to see around the school grounds and numerous CT events. Our family looks forward to the ongoing years of learning and creating lifelong memories in this joyous environment."
"Remember back when I was 8 and your teaching staff decided to show my year 3/4 class + year 1/2 class a movie about the crucifixion that was so graphic you actually saw the nails being hammered into his hands and the blood and the screaming and the whipping? In graphic, violent detail. Excellent film to show 6-8 year olds. I remember a lot of crying and taking it upon myself to take groups of the younger children outside the classroom unable to stand it, and they were just bawling their eyes out and screaming for their parents and there was nothing I could do to comfort them. It was horrible. Good times! I reckon you probably should have watched that one first to make sure it was suitable for children - it definitely wasn't."
