"Rob has helped us secure a difficult loan on a very tight schedule back in September 2019. I've unfortunately had forgotten to leave a review back then, and coming back to find Rob's details was surprised to see the two negative reviews as Rob was very professional and prompt with us. My wife and I highly recommend him to anyone. A bit more details on our story - my wife had a 461 temporary visa and I was a NZ citizen without OZ PR, who did not have enough income to get the loan alone, so we knew it would be challenging to find a lender on these terms. The home that we had found was too good to miss so I ended up talking to 5 different brokers in the period of 3 weeks, with 4 of the 5 by recommendation, filling out a tonne of forms and being on the phone a lot. Rob was the most professional, the quickest to respond and the only to find the right information. Although I can not say he knew what the best way forward for us was from the start (tax implications + visa + high LVR + first home buyer exemptions etc) he was quick to contact the right people for information and turned the whole thing around in under two weeks. Will be returning to Rob for refinancing for sure!"

"At the end of each appointment I would ask how much to pay he would always reply it’s okay this time just refer me to your friends and family he failed to mention he is paid by the bank and there is no fee till you finalise on a home. I guess I didn’t like the fact that he made out he was doing me favour by not charging when really that is standard and he gets paid by the bank. Call me old fashioned but It feels a little unaustralian to me also He never returned the budget he said he would do asked him 4 times surprise surprise no budget was ever sent."
