"Daylight robbery. 'Accountant' didn't know anything and even admitted he was new and still learning to speak English. He advised I would have to pay the Medicare Levy Surcharge despite being appropriately covered, miscalculated work and car expenses and didn't include any of my deductions for donations as that is "not how tax works" and my notes dont include this. Took 1.5 hours - then charges $250 for a tax return of $2500. Go elsewhere and pay $65 - return of $4k with expenses calculated appropriately. They are not out to help you maximise your return, highly recommend you take your money elsewhere."

"On January 31st, I signed up for a $399 class with the encouragement of my "friend". The company is called HR block. The friend said that if you have a high score after the class, you can work in this company directly. I didn't think much about it and paid. But I found out that day that she would get a $100 gift card after I signed up, so I called the next day to cancel the course, they said they would get back to me, but I never got a response, so I called a second time I made a phone call, the other party said that I communicated by email and then told me that the cancellation was successful, but I needed to pay a cancellation fee of 100 Australian dollars, which I thought was unreasonable, and the other party said that I did not read the refund details carefully. I explained to this company that it took less than 24 hours for me to cancel my registration, and no one would study the refund rules before signing up, and that my "friends" would have improper benefits for recommending me to take classes, and their recommendation mechanism was unreasonable. To my $100 tuition fee to encourage referrers. Until the 8th, I did not receive the refund and contacted the other party again. The other party said to call me in 1-2 working days. I received the refund today and it was indeed 100 Australian dollars less. "My partner has been there to do his tax return, even the tax agent and the manager doesn't have the right information which resulted him to go back there three times to fix it. He end up amending the TAX return by himself. Also had to pay back to ATO because of their mistakes."
